Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
11. Arbitration and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Hudson County, New Jersey, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Graystone Technology Ventures waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on https://launchrs.com with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
